Keep in mind that a lot of our clients hire us to remodel beyond their kitchens and bathrooms as we have the team and expertise to update your entire home.Who installs my kitchen cabinets when I purchase them from Wayside Kitchens?+The craft of cabinet installation should be left to the professionals who do this every day. Trust that our team of qualified installers is top notch. They are clean cut, neat and treat your home as they would their own.Who templates and installs my countertops?+Wayside kitchens hires a reputable local supplier who fabricates the counter tops according to your design. Our fabricators complete our jobs with care, quality and deliver the counters in as little as a week.Who will handle the actual remodel and general contracting?+Our kitchen and bath studio handles most of our jobs. We can manage all of your light construction details, like replacing the kitchen floor, removing the old cabinets, replacing windows and doors, and changes to the electrical and plumbing. On more involved projects that include interior wall alterations and exterior additions, we work with area contractors and builders. In other instances, our clients wish to work with their own contractor, and we are happy to work with them to provide the design, cabinetry and built ins. We are available to meet with them to review the project details.Does Wayside Kitchens charge a design retainer?+We offer a free one-hour consultation at your home or our showroom. To move forward with our company, we require a design retainer. The fee is based on the size and complexity of the project. After engaging our design service, we take measurements of your space and develop a layout to help establish a more specific budget for the project.Do you do a partial kitchen redesign?+No. We take the project from start to finish. Demo, selections, space planning, three-dimensional renderings, install, etc. This is the work we excel and strive in and do not take on partial kitchen designs or remodels.Can we buy just countertops or tile through you?+No. We are a full-service kitchen and bathroom design and do not sell standalone countertops or tile.
